In shortFuel-It delivers fuel in bulk to farms, mines, fleet depots, construction sites, factories and airfields across South Africa and into Southern Africa. You choose once-off, scheduled or contract deliveries. Every load is metered and sealed, and arrives with a certificate of analysis, a delivery note and a tax invoice.

The problem we solve

On many sites fuel is the biggest variable cost, and the least controlled. Deliveries arrive short, seals are missing, the certificate never comes, and when the auditor or SARS asks for records, there's a gap. In 2026 there's a new risk on top: diesel cut with paraffin, sold below the market price.

We built our delivery process so you can check every load at the tank, not after the invoice.

What’s included

  • Every fuel on one account. Diesel, petrol, paraffin, LPG, Jet A‑1, avgas, biofuels and heavy fuel oil, from one supplier and one statement.
  • Once-off, scheduled or contract. Order when you need it, or set a schedule so your tanks never run low in planting season, a shutdown or a grid outage.
  • Metered and sealed. Quantities are metered at delivery and seal numbers are recorded on the delivery note, so what you pay for is what goes into your tank.
  • Paperwork that stands up. A certificate of analysis for the batch, a delivery note and a tax invoice showing litres, grade, date and address: what auditors and SARS ask for.

What your site needs

  • Road access for a tanker to reach your tank safely, day or night as agreed.
  • Storage that meets SANS 10089 or SANS 10131 and your municipality's by-laws. No storage yet? See diesel tanks and bowsers.
  • Someone on site to check seals and sign the delivery note.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need

Fuel, volume, site location, storage and how often. A quote takes minutes on the form or WhatsApp.

  2. Confirm the order

You accept the delivered price and we confirm a delivery date and time window.

  3. Delivered with proof

The driver checks your tank, you check the seals, and the metered quantity is recorded.

  4. Invoice and records

You receive the tax invoice, delivery note and certificate of analysis for your records.
