Terms and conditions

Using this website

Information on fuelit.co.za is provided for general guidance. Fuel prices shown are official figures with their source and effective date; they are not offers. Guides are general information, not legal or tax advice.

Quotes

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Because fuel prices change monthly and can move sharply, a quote may be revised after its validity period or when an official price adjustment takes effect before delivery, as set out on the quote.

Orders and delivery

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing. You are responsible for safe access to compliant storage and for having someone on site to check seals and sign the delivery note. Quantities are as metered at delivery.

Payment

Payment is due before delivery unless you have an approved account. We only accept payment into our company bank account, bank name and account holder; we will never ask you to pay into a personal account or change bank details by email.

Quality and claims

Every load comes with a certificate of analysis. Report any quality or quantity concern within claims period, keep a sealed sample, and do not use the fuel until the concern is resolved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
