The region’s supply is changing

Southern Africa’s fuel corridors are being rebuilt. Work has begun on expanding the Beira–Harare pipeline by 67% by the end of 2027 (Hydrocarbon Processing), and Namibia plans to make Walvis Bay a regional fuel hub (EWN). In Botswana, fuel was the largest import in June 2026, at 21% of the total (Statistics Botswana).

For buyers, that means more route options and more reasons to work with a supplier who knows the paperwork on both sides of each border.
